Hi again. Following the installation of my new boiler, a power flush and the fitting of a Magnaclean system, I am finding that some of my radiators are ice cold at the bottom and hot at the top. In my living room I only have one radiator working properly.

I thought this problem was caused by a build up of sludge, but that would have been removed by the powerflush? I am assuming that a powerflush was carried out as I was invoiced for it as part of the installation although I didn't see this happen.

What other reason could there be for this?

Powerflush wasn't done properly possibly. Installer should have checked radiators whien he went round balancing the system after the installation and advised you of the state of the radiators. They do eventually become completely knackered.
