SonicStage problem, wont work, wont repair

I have sonic stage installed on my PC, and after freezing up, sonic stage will no longer work, I hae tried a re-start, but no go.

I then tried to re-install it from the CD, but it wont let me, saying the version on the PC is newer than the CD (although I have never upgraded it)

It will not uninstall, saying there is a missing file, and I cant just install the newest version, as it needs to unsnstall the older one, and it canf tor the above reason.

HELP, its driving me mad, Ive spent 4 hours on it this evening, is there anything I can do.

Download Revo Uninstaller:
http://www.revouninstaller.com/

It should be able to uninstall it and then it will check the registry and the Program files for leftovers. They will be listed but only remove the items in bold type

If it needs a serial number etc ensure you have them noted down before you uninstall.
