Sound Proofing Garage

I am looking to sound proof my garage from the noise of drums and guitar etc. I am not wanting to spend much money on the overall proofing. It is a standard garage with 1 aluminum garage door at the end with no other doors or windows. What product, method, and a rough overall price would be good for a basic sound proof?

You will need to insulate it from top to bottom presumably using Kingspan or similar.
May cost you £1000 to get it right.

The method is to build a box in a box with sound proofing insulation between the two.
