We are about to have a single storey extension to the back of our living room. The problem is that we need to find a suitable soundproof glass door (like the existing patio door) that's suitable as an internal door between the two rooms. Any ideas greatly appreciated! Many thanks.

What about a new patio door 
Seriously, I have a friend who has a couple of large patio doors separating a games room & indoor pool from the main lounge area & they both look & work fine. They also slide both ways so you get the benefit of a 2 large open access points, effectively making it feel like one area when you need to.
