Not really sure how I've managed this but the outer casing for our flush button has cracked and the flush button has fell down the toilet basin unit and I can't get it out. I'm not sure if they are some where I can spares for these or would have to buy the whole cistern just for the replacement? They do flush buttons on line but don't seem to be the correct size.

Should have part number on somewhere.

Toilet syphons are cheap, so buy another the same and swap parts.
Some modern syphons just unclip to swap for easy maintenance, so change the lot for the seconds it takes if yours has that feature.

Worst case would be to take off cistern and swap for a new one.
You will need correct size rubber doughnut for where it joins toilet but most DIY stores sell. Wickes for example.

Your local independent plumbers merchants should have them in stock. From £6 to £10 each . I have five different types as van stock. Take old one with you and phone with pictures of existing syphon.
