Spare parts for Rationel patio doors?

Yes, I;ve tried google and the Rationel web site, but with no luck. I'm looking for a replacement Rationel hook bolt keep. The part I've got is marked with the numbers: "53.1114 476 21" with 50mm screw centres. I've also tried looking for a universal fitting, but nobody seems to make any this small.
