hi, ive had to remove the jackplug that worked my external speakers, so i could plug my headset into it- mic and earphones for chatting , is there somethink i could buy so i could switch between both ?. regards. r.r.

front audio sockets. You can get a module that fits into a blank CD bay, with a card reader, front audio, front USB, which all plug into the motherboard. Try maplin.

can these be bought of ebay? I dont know what the description is.. [tried "front audio sockets" and nothing came up]

the item of a cd panel, with usb, and speaker etc sockets, even card reader, sounds like handy thing for me to have.
