I have used speedfit with copper and have had great success. has anyone connected speedfit to chrome pipe? Does it grip? leak? also can you solder copper to chrome pipe?

remove the chrome first or it wont grip and WILL blow off
same if soldering the flux wont wet it

Did you know you could get Chrome Plated solder fittings !?
I didn't believe it till I saw some.

I take it the fittings don't work then ?

or did they have exposed copper and a solder ring. I suppose you'd have to brasso every one after installing
