Hi,
We are cursed with an inadequate single pipe GCH system which would be *major* upheaval to convert to flow and return. The house and heating circuit has been extended several times and now the the system cannot heat all radiators sufficiently.
As an alternative I was wondering if it's possible to split upstairs and downstairs into 2 isolated circuits and run a second boiler, pump and controller ? This should roughly halve the length of each circuit plus provide some independent control of upstairs and downstairs.
Is this possible / feasible ? Does anyone have this setup ?
Thanks,
Andy.
