Is it possible to split the 6mm cable 30A supply to a cooker rated at 4410W Max and an Induction Hob rated at 7kW Max?

with 30Amps you wont be getting full beef out of your appliances!
you need at least 45Amps
A 6mm cable will carry 47Amps providing no derating factors are applied for fuse type and thermal insulation.

433.2.2 is the problem regulation and it requires that where a supply is split you fit a automatic disconnection device. (Fuse) But small neat fuse connection units only go up to 13A and you need more.

6mm cable is rated according to how it is run. Reference Method 100# (above a plasterboard ceiling covered by thermal insulation not exceeding 100 mm in thickness) give 34A which means 32A MCB in most cases and although this may with diversity work should the MCB open then the supply to any fans in the hob or oven will be lost. With some induction hobs this could cause damage to the semi-conductors.

Since it is cheaper to get an electrician to do the work than pay the LABC their dues I suggest you get an electrician who is a member of a scheme to do the work for you.

it says no such thing...

433.2.2 The device protecting a conductor against overload may be installed along the run of that conductor in the part of the run between the point where a change occurs ( in cross-sectional area, method of installation, type of cable or conductor, or in environmental conditions ) and the position of the protective device has neither branch circuits nor outlets for connection of current-using equipment and fulfills at least one of the following conditions:

(i) It is protected against fault current in accordance with the requirements stated in Section 434
(ii) It's length does not exceed 3 m, it is installed in such a manner as to reduce the risk of fault to a minimum, and it is installed in such a manner as to reduce to a minimum the risk of fire or danger to persons ( see also Regulation 434.2.1 )

since in this case the OCPD that protects the cable is sized right for 6mm cable, then it is already protected from overload..
you would however need to install suitably sized cable for the oven and hob, or "fuse down" to protect the cable that is installed.

that being said, a seperate 20A feed for the oven is needed..

Or a dual outlet plate like this:
