It was shown briefly on the gadget show the other night – just had a look at it and it's brilliant. Basically it's like an online jukebox with almost every track you ever heard of.
Now if only you could get a piece of software that would allow you to record those tracks eh? There's a piece of software called replay music that will allow you to save what you hear as mp3’s. You can start playing an entire album in Spotify, start recording and the replay music program will separate each track and name it correctly. What’s the catch? Now the free version of spotify has the odd advert that it’ll slip in between every few tracks but it’s not a problem if recording because replay music will identify that advert and separate it from the other tracks so you can easily delete it later. The only cost is for the full version of recording software but it's not expensive The demo will let you save 25 tracks.
Certainly worth a look.
