I need to replace this faulty transformer, but can’t find this exact one online. Please can someone share a link of where to buy one that would be compatible. Thanks

It says 20 to 105 VA which is same as watts, at 12 volt AC in kHz range, the one you link to is DC 24 volt so no it will not do.

Today you can get 0 to 100 VA power supplies, which would allow you to latter fit LED lamps.

Unless in a bathroom, I would move to GU10 instead of G5.3 so you don't need a power supply, and can use smart bulbs.

Thanks. It’s for a pendant light in a kitchen. We want to keep the same light fitting which takes MR16 bulbs. Would I need a LED driver to do that? If so, could you send a link to one that would work? Thanks

MR16 = Multifacted Reflector 16/8 inch across, thr base can be SES (E14), G5.3, or GU10, you can get holders to change to GU10, but since a pendant better to keep to 12 volt.

@flameport has posted a link, not easy to post link with tablet, I will try to post one once I am on my PC.

This one is rated 0 - 105 VA at 12 volt so should work with either quartz or LED bulbs.
