Spotted the GC1 terminal has torn off chimney by high winds.

It is a flued chimney used by a floor standing Potterton Kingfisher Mf boiler. Do I need to get a roofer to remove remnants of old one and replace or does this have to be done by a Gas Engineer?

Gas installer..a roofer would be working illegally.
