Spray insulating foam & mains cables

All,

Not sure whether this is a problem or not... I have a large hole through one of my outside walls near my front door where electrical cables pass through from the ground floor to the top floor.

Can I fill this hole with insulating foam or is this likely to introduce a fire hazard?

Sounds like a strange way of getting power upstairs but ....
You could just use good old fashioned mortar but if you want to use foam then this is the one for fire safety :

I guess I'm more interested in whether putting this insulation into the walls around the wires will introduce a fire hazard from the cable overheating.... If that's the case then I probably shouldn't use insulation at all.....
