Stupid woman! Must say though that the kids at my youngest's school aren't allowed to wear any flags or badges of any description on their uniforms unless issued by the school (ie prefect, library asst, school council etc).

The reason behind this isn't racial, it's common sense - some kids were turning up with 50 badges all over their blazers and the head thought enough was enough. Kids now all have to look smart or they are in trouble!

its all down to PC simply ignore there rants to stop flag/badge wearing

i would encourage anyone to flout any rule to stop them supporting whatever they want to support ( free country )

Slogger, in my son's school's case, the head would simply expel them for flouting the school rules. It's a foundation school and he can pick and choose who he wants there.

He is a very strict guy but also really fair. I think that's why the kids are so happy there - they all have the respect for him and each other. Very few problems indeed - shame more schools aren't the same.

Foundation school ........ :?: what like they teach groundwork  I went to a drainage school on a sink estate, thats why I take the ****,and "waste" my time on DIY forums.Actually it all started when I typed BDSM/DIY into Google
