Stain Removal: Oil on Leather

In the USA we have a spray product called cooking spray. I have Canola oil cooking spray (Pam) in an aerosol can. My husband cooked eggs in this spray and then promptly spilled them on our new leather chair. Do you have any suggestions on how to clean the dark spots on the chair. I can not take it to a professional cleaner because it is too big. HELP
