Stained quarry/terracotta tiles

Hi
I have red quarry (or possibly terracotta, not sure which) tiles which are stained, it's looks like bleach has been dropped on them. Is there anyway I can take them back to the original colour, or restore them? I don't just want to polish them! Help!
