This might not be the best place for this query - apologies if not.
I have two windowsills that have been tiled in stone then painted white. Having removed (almost) all the paint, which was flaking, I want to seal the stone tiles, rather than repaint.
There are some old paint speckles left which won't be shifted. I'm wondering if there is something I could mix with the sealant that would slightly stain the tiles - to take the edge off the white speckles, and make them less visible.
Any ideas? Many thanks
