Stains on woodchip wallpaper

Hi,
Please can someone reccomend a product to cover stains on woodchip wallpaper coated with matt emulsion!

I think it is an old damp patch,which is the cause.

You can use a thinned oil based undercoat, or to be certain that it does not reappear, an Alkali Resistant primer.
