Stairs up to 3rd floor

The house I live in was purpose built with 3 floors, however the stairway to the top floor is very steep and narrow - I am pondering doing away with the existing stairway ( which would provide much needed wardrobe space in the master bedroom) and installing a new stair off a galleried landing matching the existing stairway for width and incline

Where it would begin from is as stated a galleried landing and the run would be alongside a load bearing wall - my concern is add extra weight to the landing and whether I would need to replace the standard block that the landing beam bears onto with dense concrete block - or would tying the stair wall place into the wall with beefy bolts negate the need for this
