Just having an 'orangery' built - basically a conservatory but has an area of solid roof/ceiling around the outside before the glass roof starts, which has a flat roof gulley above it lined in fibreglass. This leads to a downpipe in one corner.
The thing is, the gulley is level, and stays full of water after it rains. Builder says this isn't a problem, it will evaporate, but we don't like the idea of standing water and think it might leak.
Any advice?
