Starter switches

Ive got a fitting with 4x18 watt T8 tubes it has 2x40 watt ballast and four starters.
Ive replaced the lamps but the starters in removed are marked SB with these only two lamps on one ballast light.
Does the SB mean there series starters ? and will universal ones work ?

Universal will not not work - you need series starters.

SB is the manufacturer.

The series starters you need are marked 4-22w
series 220-240v, single 110-130v
Used for two 18 watt tubes on a 36/40 choke
Best starters are replaced as a pair

Universal will do a single 18w tube at 240v on a single 18/20 watt choke

Thanks guys i thought as much guess im off down the wholesalers then as we only have the universal ones at work.
