Steps

I have a small slope in my garden which I would like to build steps into.

What is the simlest way to do this? Any suggestions?

I was think of making a small form and pouring concrete and then perhaps finishing of with slabs.

I do have concerns on the sides above the actual steps as theses will be the cut slope, so really just dirt and grass.

Is there a simple way to pour vertical concrete?
