Sterling 10 alarm

Hi,

We have a problem with our Sterling 10 house alarm.

When we try and set it the alarm goes off. This has been caused by our Mother-in-law tampering with it and forgetting the number. I think she may have tried to take it off the wall.

Anyhow, does anyone know how to re-set it so we can start using it again?

It's probably the tamper switch that is open. You'll have to open whatever she tugged at and make sure the little tamper switch closes.
