Stiff mixer shower

Hi,

I live in a 13 year old house with 2 identical showers in each of the bathrooms. Both have become stiff to operate - especially the temperature dial. I was wondering if I could service them myself. One problem is that I actually don't know what they are. Can anyone identify these? Once identified is a service kit and some silicon grease likely to solve the stiffness?

Here are some pictures of the shower...1 with the dial removed. It looks similar to a Mira 8.

it don't quite match the mira 8. looks very similar but the temp dial and the cover plate under the dial don't look right.
