Hi all,
Is there any way to make the swivel neck move more easily on this type of tap. Currently it is stiff to turn and so seems to pull on the attachment where it passes through the sink top. I plumbed the tap in one year ago and hoped that it would just loosen up over time.
Thanks for all useful advice.

Thanks for the reply Whitespirit66,

There is no grub screw and so I will try and download the tap manual to see how to remove the spout. Thanks for the useful link for the grease.

Thanks Madrab, I'll get hold of the grease before attempting spout removal.

On some of the Franke spouts you rotated the spout fully to the left to align a ball bearing with a small recess in the bodywork, then the spout pulls out.
