stinky smell from kitchen drain

I have very little plumbing knowledge and I am hoping someone can help me out. I have a horrible smell coming from my kitchen sink drain on the side opposite the garbage disposal. I have tried everything from bleach to pine sol and nothing works. Any suggestions??

Remove traps on waste pipes and clean out. If u dont have any traps, install some.

are the traps the u-shaped pipes?

Water in the U bend of the trap prevents smells from drain getting in to your room. Thats why u need em.
What you have is often the result of a badly fitted washer / dishwasher
