Stone chips in acrylic

My number plates are clear acrylic, with the numbers and reflective foil pressed on the back.

There are a couple of big stone chips on the front one. Is it repairable?

No, once water gets in the plate will hardly be readable.....time for a replacement and you'll need the V5 plus some form of identification.
