I have an old farm house which is suspected to be from the georgian period and is built out of stone. It had an origional lime wash on the outside however at some point it had a render put over this which has nearly all either fallen off due to the exposure to the elements or it has been hacked off. Two questions really how expensive is it to damp proof the inside with silicone injection given that it is stone and how much would it cost to redo the outside with a lime wash as apposed to render.
