Stop Cock Problem

Hi Folks,My stopcock seized and snapped in the off position.the inlet is 32mm & outlet 25mm,I have tried to get one of these but without success,how can I get over this problem,we hane'nt had water for 4 days,my plumber is stumped.

Not sure what we're supposed to be looking at in that link, but there's no such thing as a 32 x 25mm stopcock.
32 x 28mm copper, yes. Prestex PL59A.

Picasso has it in one.
