Hi
I have built a conservatory. There is a large underground storage area up to 4 feet deep underneath the conservatory bison beam floor. This was built last summer with a concrete infilled double skin block wall built on a foundation. The floor is concrete on top of a membrane which finished at foundation level about 6 inches inboard of the blockwork. The inner blockwork has been tanked.
The problem is water seepage when rain raises the water table. Water is getting in between the floor membrane and block foundation where the membrane finishes, next to the block.
Can someone suggest a mix, preferably sand, cement based that I could use to filled larger gaps before doing more tanking to stop the water ingress.
