stoves 900G oven and grill, won't ignite Help for my Mum !!

HI,
Posting on behalf of my Mum!
Her Stoves oven and grill won't light. This is what she told me.
There is gas coming through, the grill failed first, then the oven. It won't light and there is no pilot light (?)
Model no. GC 1126566.
Any help would be appreciated!!
