Stoves cookers refuse to supply Service Manuals?

I am having something of a problem because Stoves ( Part of Glen Dimplex ) have refused to supply me with a Service Manual for their Precision 1100 range cooker.

They are required to supply a Service Manual with the appliance under the "Gas Appliance (Safety) Regulations 1995".

Has anyone else had difficulties with this manufacturer?

Or has anyone a copy of the Service Manual?
