Strange Problem

Hi, hope somebody can help..

i only seem to have hot water running through the taps when the heating is on. No heating on no hot water..

I have a combi worcester boiler model 24i Junior.

i have tried turning boiler off (phsically) and resetting it but no joy...

Does the led flash 4 times a second?
If so it's the HW temperature sensor, if not it's the flow sensor, pcb or wiring harness.
Diagnosis needs a multimeter. (low voltage)

Thanks for the quick reply, i only get the LED flashing when i hold the reset button. This is constant till i press it in again.

Will try replacing the items you suggested, is this a DIY job or will i need a plumber/corgi registered plumber?
