Hi Folks,
I've got cellular core partition in my bathroom wall and want to fit a shower to it by removing part of the wall and using plywood to take the weight of the shower.
I want to strengthen part of the partition (which is 35mm thick and uses wall battens) to take the extra weight without increasing the wall thickness.
Does anyone have any suggestions for this?
Has anyone used metal studs and could they be used here?
Thanks
Mr T.
