I am making an opening in a load bearing wall 110cm wide to fit a lintel
How many acrow/strongboys do I need
I was thinking of 2 or would 1 be enough

2 should be enough, or one supporting each joist above.

Even though is is only a very small opening, not a great lover of them strongboy’s, but insufficient information to advise any differently.
