Stuck in rinse cycle

Help, my whirlpool DU915 gets stuck in the rinse cycle. I have to turn the dial to get it to move. Any suggestions. I have no leaks.

Lets see gets stuck on the rinse cycle, so what your trying to say is the dial works for the water input cycle , wash cycle, but freezes on the spin and drain cyle, well I was told the solenoids to the spin and drain activation are defective. Good luck.
