Stud Wall TV Mounting

Hi

I am looking to mount a 32 inch tv to a stud wall, I’m looking for suggestions on how best to go about this, and any specific screws etc that need to be used?

What type of bracket? A nice and simple to mount flat type...

...or a pull out, cantilever, asking for trouble on a stud wall, type...

Ideally one which is most ideal for a stud wall, so I’d imagine the flat mount style?

Do you know if there is a stud where you want the TV?

Locate the studs, see if any will take wood screws where you want the bracket. If one lines up, then the one below will too- a good start.

Four of them will easily take the weight of a 32" tv, as long as you don't want it to cantilever out from the wall.

Just mark where the telly fixings need to go and install noggins at that point , then you can use any mounting you want , without worrying the TV will drop off the wall

Never seen the fascination with wall mounting personally unless it's in a really small room and there are no accessories with it like sky box , blu ray player etc
