Stud Walls - Fix to Finished Floor or Screed

Hey All,

I want to build some new stud walls at ground floor level. My floor will have under floor heating that sits in 50mm of liquid screed and then it has a 22mm Indian stone tile as a finish.

When building up the new stud walls, do I fix the base plate to the screed or the final floor finish which is the Indian tile? Also is there a recommended screw to use for the job?

Any help is much appreciated.

Fix to the screed. Standard screws and rawl plugs will do.
