I am going to turn my garage into a workshop. It's a brick single skin with pitched roof in very good nick, dry inside but very cold in winter. Plan is to put up a stud frame all round, insert celotex and cover with moisture resistant plasterboard. Not bothering to skim as it's a workshop not a living room. Also insulate floor and loft.
Q1 square or taper edge? (I intend to paint the plasterboard white for usability)
Q2 airbricks at either end of the loft desirable?
Q3 Will 4by2 (100mm so celotex will be flush against brick skin and plasterboard) be ok or should I be aiming to leave a gap between the celotex and the outer wall, and if so, how big? I have heard talk about ventilation considerations. It's not a big garage so I don't want to lose width unnecessarily. I plan to run a small drip tray down the bottom edges to take away any condensation that might run down the inside of the wall (unlikely)
Thanks guys

Taper edge will get you a better finish.
Airbricks will make the place cold again, so look for window ventilation.
A 25mm airgap will improve the situation, but I wouldn't bother with the drip tray.
