Looking under floorboards at where apparently a radiator had been removed from our central heating system at some point...
The 10mm tails from the main 22mm flow and return pipes that were connected to the radiator have been joined. This is essentially creating a permanent, open bypass from flow to return on the downstairs circuit.
Am I correct to think these should have been capped, rather than joined?
