Got another suspended timber floor to refurb- joists and boards look ok but there's next to no clearance under the joists so good odds the short ones by the chimney breast will be rotten, may find the tails on others gone when I've lifted the boards and start digging out to get the 150 airgap required.
Question- I've got a load of council pavers (the 50mm concrete type). Would a subfloor made up of soil (fairly heavy clay), blinding layer of sand, dpm then council slabs fit the 'deemed to comply' option of 50mm concrete?
