Subsidence? Ground Heave?

Hi,

I have noticed a crack in the mortar under my kitchen window.

House is a bungalow I have traced the crack down and don't see it pass the damp course as far as I can tell.

also under two other windows

Should i repoint? or get it checked? there is a drain also under the window.
