Hi All
Looking for some advice.
In my drive directly over the waste soil pipe is a depression & it's getting deeper, in the tarmac!! I know it’s the drain doing it as the pipe (I’m almost sure) is cracked. Long before I brought the house a pipe “repair” was done by pouring resin along the pipe hoping it would fix it, I know this because I found the evidence.
My question is:-
What are the chances of persuading the Insurance Company that prevention is better that cure, ie getting them to pay for it now rather that waiting for a large subsidence claim?
Thanks in advance
Mike
