Suction Cup to Ceramic Tiles?

Hi Everyone, does anyone know what I can use to stick a suction cup to ceramic tiles? The missus bought a towel holder which proved to be a waste of money.

Silicone?

Hi, yes I had thought of silicone but it takes a while to bond. They're suction cups which I guess will only bond under pressure? I'm tempted to try No Nails or something similar which is quick drying.

Silicone - but hold everything together with masking tape or gaffer tape until the silicone goes off?
