sudden loss of hot water pressure/speed

Does any one have any suggestions as to why I have suddenly had a drop in pressure/speed in my hot water taps.

Nothing has been changed, it is a hot water tank in the loft of a dormar bungalow, kitchen and bathroom on ground floor. It has happened in bith the kitchen and bathroom.

the central heating is still working perfectly and the cold water pressure is fine

can anybody help?

Have a look inside the tank in the loft, it may be an obstruction is in the top of the outlet pipe.
