Sudden water pressure drop

Hi
We got a Worcester Greenstar 42 Cdi installed earlier this year - the boiler and system work great then without warning the water pressure drops to zero.

I've been monitoring the pressure regularly over the last five days & there has been no fluctuation at all - then it just drops.

Is anyone aware of a problem with this boiler??
