there are 4 SWA cable to go up an internal wall, about 5M in height.

4C 25mm², 4C 4mm² (x3)

whats the best way to support them?

cleats or cable tray? also, if using the tray, how do i fix them to the tray? all round band and roofing bolts?

also, does FP200 have to have the glands on or can it just be stripped back?

I would use tray - dont forget to cold coat the cut ends with galvanising tray.

Use cable ties to hold the cables to the tray - use UV stabalised ones for use outdoors.

Space the tray off from the wall using tray brackets, or cut lengths of uni-strut with M6 zebs and gutter bolts.

Space cable ties evenly, and have the 'buckles' all facing the same way, in the same position - there is a nack to getting it looking pukka!

Oversize the tray, leave room for the future. 3 swa cables the same size can be bundled into one cable tie, and allowed to form a 'triangle'.

Go for return flange tray, this is more rigid than the cheap straight edge stuff.

FP200 doesn't need clanding, although if entering an enclosure / trunking / call point etc, TRS glands should be used. To enter the rear of detectors etc, no point.

Older FP200 used to require a furrel to prevent the foil from knicking the inner cores - FP200 gold doesn't require a furrel.
