Suprima Fault

My Potterton Suprima boiler ignites but before either the hot water or room stats demands are met it will switch off.

It does not go in to lockout and will immeadiatly try to start again.

Sometimes it will fire straight away, othertimes it will go through several cycyles trying to start.

It does this intermittently switching off sometimes when the water is warm and othertimes when the water is still cold showing no regular pattern.

It is only 18 months old and up to this time has given reliable service.

Can anyone advise as to what might be causing this problem?

If I came to your house and was told that I would change the pcb and take it from there. If I had a pound for every Suprima pcb I've had to change.....I expect I would have spent it.
