Hi folks
I have a '98 Suprima 40, after approx 5 mins from cold I get crackling and popping from the boiler when its heating up. After another 10 mins or so it changes to more of a hissing sound like when a kettle is boiling. The actual fluid is clean, I have added 1l x200 via the bathroom towel raidator which doesnt seem to have made any difference, I'm fairly sure it may have made the issue slightly worse. Changing the pump speed also doesnt seem to alter the behaviour.
It has had a PCB in the past also, the temperature control is set to about 3/4
Its not banging like mad but it is a distraction and would like to fix it if possible.
We live in a soft water area also.
Thanks for any advice.
